1. Services Provided
OustCloud provides:
- Game server hosting (e.g., Minecraft, Terraria, etc.)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Sharing login credentials is done at your own risk.
- OustCloud is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use OustCloud services for:
- Illegal activities (e.g., fraud, piracy, distribution of illegal content)
- DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious network behavior
- Hosting malware, phishing pages, or harmful scripts
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.
4. Payments & Billing
- All services are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
5. Refund Policy
OustCloud offers a 7-day refund period for first-time purchases only.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Only first-time purchases are eligible. Renewals are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the service
- Add-ons, upgrades, or custom services
- Setup fees
- Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms
Refund Conditions
- OustCloud reserves the right to issue refunds as full or pro-rated, based on service usage, resource consumption, and time active.
- Excessive usage or abuse of resources may result in reduced or denied refunds.
General
- All refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Service Availability
- We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
- Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hardware issues, or external factors.
- OustCloud is not liable for losses caused by downtime.
7. Backups & Data
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- OustCloud is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are overdue
- Abuse or harmful activity is detected
No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
OustCloud is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Financial losses or damages
All services are provided "as is" without warranties.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
